How long can we blame them for? Just curious what the statute of limitations is? Again, Trump sent them a boatload of PPE not all that long ago. So.... As long as people keep dying. Scapegoating into the future. Well done.

Whose fault is this? Just wondering. Whose fault is this? Just wondering. (See Nursing Home by the way) We are in a battle for our lives, our economy, our freedoms and TDS is not the answer. I don't have TDS, sir. My takes are measured, thought out and grounded. I'm not out here throwing out deep state conspiracy theories, or unfounded nonsense. We wouldn't be in this position if we had competent federal leadership. It's kinda important when you're in charge.

So answer the answer the question then. A random unsourced graph of New York State? Sure, Cuomo can share in the blame. New York is a statistical outlier due to their reliance on mass transit and their population density. Unfortunately, it became an epicenter for community spread. Now that they are finally past their peak, national cases are still trending up in other parts of the country. That's where some federal leadership would come in handy. States operating in the dark does nobody any good.

The real scary stat, besides the deaths caused by Cuomo shoving the sick back into vulnerable nursing homes, is the stat about those getting sick at home. Some clueless leftist clown in power will see that and will fawn over the efficiency of the totalitarian state and who knows what happens next.
No deaths from Covid = no freedom and no economy. We can argue on the best plan to balance all three factors but, with the Democrat's record of stupidity (like identity politics in this crisis) and opting for abuse of power to get their goals (as in their FISA abuse) count me sceptical of the brilliance of leftist true believers.

Scapegoating into the future. Well done. Wow. Wow what? You're going to blame China for deaths in Arizona, Texas, Georgia, Iowa, etc? Learn to separate the deception of China with the continued awful response from the federal government. Beyond the president, even. They aren't the same thing. You can blame China for the virus itself, you can't blame China for the inadequate response. China has nothing to do witn the administration rolling back social distancing guidelines. Nothing to do with accusing doctors and nurses of stealing PPE. Deaths will continue into the fall and likely in some magnitude into 2021. Are we going to hold on to China until then?

hongkongfp.com/2020/04/12/beijing-tried-to-make-german-officials-praise-china-over-coronavirus-outbreak-report/This is the face of guilt so, yes, we blame China for this fiasco. And Ive seen the opposition to Trump's travel ban, the claim that racism is involved in the response (which caused much more needless death btw) and the cries to have the complete establishment of the US nanny state as the ultimate solution to this pandemic and these few bozo plays, among many more, let's me know that Democrats should not be within a light year of dictating our solution here.

So you're actually saying the fact that China initially only put travel bans in certain places in their own country without telling the U.S. or anybody else about the virus, and let their people freely keep traveling abroad infecting A LOT of people in the U.S. and elsewhere, is meaningless and they're only responsible for the virus and not also the spread? That's a huge WOW. Incredible.

Once again, you can't separate correlation and causation. Savior complex. But I thought the travel ban kept people out after January : So how are the deaths still China's fault in May, June and going forward into the fall?

How clueless! Talk about an inability to understand cause and effect. China (the CCP) deceived the WORLD and our problems in dealing with their outbreak is their fault.

I've followed this pretty much from the onset and likely know more than most. You got caught in between arguments and now either the ban was ineffective or you're just holding on to Trump's image like the family pearls. It is highly contagious, with a R naught of between 2.5 and 3.0. You just proved my point. Where are the tests, by the way?

If you actually think they're not also responsible for the spread than I can't help you. The travel ban that Trump imposed helped save lives. Nobody could have saved all the lives because of China's inactions.

I said China is not responsible for OUR RESPONSE (meaning leadership's) to the spread of the virus. Save your semantics and mock outrage. You're arguing in bad faith at this point and can't be objective. By your logic, the federal government here is responsible for nothing then? So discontinuing the social distance protocol on April 30th is China's doing? Because it's over with now? Think for yourself, please. This is just sad at this point.

So, you also blame people like Dr. Fauci and others who initially thought that it wasn't going to be this bad in the beginning, I take it? Trump was listening to people like him and others. There were a lot of unknowns at the time.
