Utah State will come into our game as a Sagarin Top 50 team. Seems like every team we play has an extra days rest before our game. Not by accident. Hair and his chief lieutenants work hard to make it as difficult as possible for the Aztecs. Here's to Boise getting the treatment from here on out.  |

Did anyone hear why the UNLV game was on Sunday instead of Saturday? I assume it was to placate TV, especially with no real NFL games on finally.

Five top 12 on the road tonight: #1 Baylor @ Iowa State #4 Good Guys @ TROLLobo Pit #6 Louisville @ Boston College #7 Dayton @ Duquesne #12 West Va @ Tex Tech All ranked teams are favored except for WVA Dayton looked like they were on their way to an easy victory with about 8 minutes remaining, up by 19. Then Duquesne hit three treys and a couple buckets in about a 1 min. span. Dukes have pulled within 4. The Flyers in a dogfight on the road. |

Having said that, I doubt the Zags will lose again unless one of their players hosts a party at an AirBnB and three of their starters get shot. The WCC is a woeful conference. |

1)Watson, their 6'8" 220 lbs Forward, is out for the season after injuring his shoulder Jan 16. He was their best on-ball defender.
2)Tillie, 6'10", arguably, their most complete player, injured his ankle last night and had to be carried off the floor. No word on him yet.

No word on him yet.This...I watched a part of that game last night, prior to Tillie getting injured. Tillie makes a lot of good things happen. He is a big loss. Prior to him going down, what I saw was a very fundamentally sound, long and athletic team. Similar to the Aztecs, but with more length. Not sure who Tillie's backup is, but he won't be Tillie. Yeah, they might be a little vulnerable on the road. |
