I think I no longer understand college football and how they officiate..
(1) we call a timeout so they can "maybe" look at that BYU catch (juggle) on the sideline, but no
(2) we go offsides when it looks like it's 3rd and 5 (but looks like 5 1/2) .. they automatically make it a 1st down.. not even a measurement
(3) Matthews looks like he might have had a hand under the ball on play called incomplete.. why don't we even see a replay
so confused anymore when they look at certain plays..
