We're alright. We've been running the ball well, and Agnew has been making better decisions in the second half. We need to stay consistent with this to win. Our D will step up. I have to pat myself on the back here. Let's go Aztecs!!! Big one while the others in our Conference lose!!! |

I get the runs to make them use TOs, but you have to have something more creative... a counter, mis-direction , fly sweep... something?! C’mon Horton!! That’s what I’m talking about. Brilliant- kudos to both Agnew and Horton. Brilliant play call and execution I’m stoked that we won. But, Horton brilliant play calling and execution! Lol. |

What a difference in the second half. Washington and especially Agnew really stepped up and were the difference in the game (along with the D tightening up).

Agnew 2nd half stretch 8-10 for 118 yds passing...and a boot leg on 4th down with a slide to put it on ice. Exhilarating !!

I will get killed for this, even though I said at half (check the thread) that I still think we will win. Is this win ultimately a bad thing for SDSU? With how good our D is we should be THE group of 5 team this year, but our offense is terrible. I think we’ll win 10 games this year but that will be a disappointment.’ Weird to say that, but we have soooo much talent right now, I want more!

Aztecs played just well enough to win tonight, and that's really all that matters. Why-o lost in the end because they couldn't put together a decent passing attack once they found themselves behind. (sound familiar to years past around here?)
