Agnew made the Utah St. defense look like the '85 Bears on that final series.....that was embarrassing!
Hats off to our defense for playing their collective asses off.....

Why not dump it to the RB and let him run up the sidelines and out of bounds.

Great 4th quarter. Horrible first three quarters. Broken play TD's didn't make it great. It made it watchable. |

Just my opinion, but I think Agnew is waaaay more than capable. The problem is hard-headed Horton not allowing him to pass more. The drives Agnew led on the TD drives should've been done since way earlier in the game, not until urgent time

Utah State was smart and played an 8 man zone defense knowing Agnew would not be able to find the seems and make the throws.

To me, the last Aztec offensive play summed up the entire game. To be fair, I left late in the 3rd quarter, after we went for it on 4th and goal from wherever-it-was...the 25? 30? I don't even remember.

Way too quick to bail out. This offense was all the rage in 1998. |
