Houston is good! Watched them beat Wichita State on Saturday before our game. Their point guard can light it up and they have thick bigs. Teams with the the thick bigs give us trouble. Hopefully Rooks can stay out of foul trouble. We'll need to shoot the lights out, although we have have a pretty darn good defense as well. It's going to be fun. |

Houston is not a tall team, but they have beefy guys. We have the length, defense and can go up tempo as well. As long as we win the rebounding war we'll be alright. I think Houston is overrated. From looking at their schedule they really haven't beaten anyone.

By far the highest six seed in kenpom. A little disappointing not to get a power conference team.

I would rather have been the 12 seed vs Ohio State. Houston can light it up on O. We’ll need another scoring performance like we had vs Nevada. This is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT correct. |

Houston is much better than a 6 seed. Would've preferred any of the other 6 seeds, plus 5 seed Ohio St (who isn't good). Houston just lost to 2 seed Cincy today by a point. This game is NOT easy.

Houston finished ranked 21st and lost in their championship game to Cincinnati by 1 point. Haven’t seen a minute of their play this year so this will be interesting. Right now I'd rank us between 20-25, with the ability to beat teams from 12 and on..... |

Big guys, Houston has the beef, Aztecs have the quickness and can get off the floor quicker then the beef. Hopefully after the game Houston will be saying,"where's the beef"?

Kenpom sees Ohio St as a better team than Houston. Ohio St lost in their first conference tourney game to Penn St. Houston beat 4 seed Wich St then lost by a point to 2 seed Cincy in their conference championship game. Which team would you rather play right now? |

I don't like the draw at all. Houston is tough as hell and Michigan looming in the wings is scary. The preview bracket I saw earlier with a game vs Clemson and then a possible matchup with Wichita St was more preferable IMO. It's March Madness though. It's not supposed to be easy.
