I'm excited for a good bowl and opponent but have to admit that if it's Memphis or Washington State, it may be a long day. We haven't exactly shut down a good or even mediocre passing team and they're both very good. Our pass rush has pretty much been non-existent and although there is some talent in the defensive backfield, they've all been burned a bunch this year. The good news is that Penny would probably get about 300 all-purpose yards against either one of those. It might be a very entertaining shoot out.

SB Nation and Bleacher Report That's been their projections for a couple of weeks. Just don't see how a 10-2 SDSU team, ranked #25 in coaches poll, would be relegated to that crap. |
