Ticket sales must be doing pretty well as they just opened up another 8 sections in the upper deck. SDSU needs to get rid of the tarps in all levels other than the upper deck. JMO |

Based on recent information, it looks like we will have over 50k. Why do people doubt that fans won't show up for big games? This is an event town. SDSU football is becoming an event. Sure, that ends at some point, but just enjoy the ride now.

I would really be bummed if this town did not turn out at least 50K for this important game for the Aztecs. I think it will happen.

I think we may actually hit 50K, and let's go for it since we still have the seats to sell. But we should consider 40K our real happy spot, because that will be the capacity of the new stadium. It would really increase the buzz around the program. |

I'd expect something in the Stanford/Cal range - 42-44k. 6-0 & playing BSU = > 2-0 & playing Stanford, assuming BSU travels well. If not, subtract 2k. Students will be KEY! Can't wait. Only wish BSU was 6-0 (or even 5-1) & College Gameday had us high on their radar! Adjusting my estimate: 44,685, yet another all-time record for revenue. |

I'm guessing 50k+ tix distributed but, 47k-49k show. Anything higher than 47k is great, more the merrier.

Looking ahead to the Fresno game. The Field, Plaza and Lodge are almost sold out and they haven't opened the View Level yet. Get that W on Saturday and we might be looking at back to back weeks over 50,000.

No buzz? Our streak is all I hear from friends and family that never go to games. One friend just got 12 tickets to Boise game. I get texts from a bunch too. People are excited that normally aren't. San Diego is thirsty for a winner. My son plays pop warner and all the parents are starting to watch and I'm shocked how many have never been to a game. Padres are done, we are 6-0, UT and radio is giving more love. I think we barely get our largest attendance of the year at 47,500 vs Boise. I only wish tickets weren't so pricey for this game. We need to gain fans, not cash at this point still. Yesterday I was in Bridgeport, CA in my red/black Jeep with SDSU license plate holders and stickers, two people filling up like I asked about our Aztecs. Of course I was wearing my "Aztec For Life" T I'll be home for the game. 46,758 |

It's san diego. 32,500. Open the upper view level like it was in the old days. absolutely a great place to watch a game. had about 20 years of season tickets there, row 4, between the 45 and 50 yard line. but no longer available. too bad.
