I would guess that being able to play college basketball in the ACC and playing Duke and UNC at least twice a year each could be pretty heady stuff for a kid. I had high hopes but if this is true at all, it's another one that we never "had" to begin with. When am I going to learn?

Believe he went to visit NC state and another school before he stopped in at SDSU for a visit . He is from Michigan , so open to go any where . There is no slam dunk - for quality players . Plus we are a G5 school in the MW .
Wonder if he was here at same time as the transfer from the Ducks and CAL -
Believe we are also #2 for transfer Jackson who likes the Washington Huskies .

CJ Bryce just committed to NC State -- he's a 6'5" guard with 2 years left (after sitting out a year) so hopefully that helps our chances.

This is the same NC State that woefully underachieved with a lottery pick point guard in Dennis Smith last season? The same team that fired Gottfried mid-season as a lame duck coach? The same team with Beejay Anya, Abdul Malik Abu, Terry Henderson, a future NBA center in Omar Yurtseven? I know it's the ACC, but unless Duke and North Carolina leave the state of North Carolina, the Wolfpack are third in their own state (at best, Wake Forest was a tournament team last season)
