He is not tall enough to play the 5 position and he would be sitting a year. The stats resemble Spencer and Chol.So its a no go.....NEXT If he's as good as Skylar Spencer we should take him immediately

Perhaps your 50% correct. Last year the transfer list surpassed 780+, predictions are higher this year based on trended data.

What is the status of Goodluck Okonoboh?...since he didn't enroll at any school in the spring does this time off count again the minimum one year of sitting out...or does the clock start once he joins a new team?...and if he were to join a MWC team...does he need to sit out 2 years...lastly...can UNLV block his transfer to any school now that left with a semester in between?
He is a very interesting young center who is out there with two years of eligibility left...

I believe he'll be eligible ~Jan. 2017.
Also, I don't know if the MW has a rule where within-conference transfers lose an extra year of eligibility.

Who is is stupid here?Is he going to get drafted...no.Like I said before you do not need to block every shot and blocking shots does not make you good at basketball. We are not playing against Okafor in every game and when he did play against him he got murdered out there. This is not volleyball blocking shots does not make you good at basketball. We need someone that can score points you stupid f****** idiots.

I guess the answer to my question is... Yes. I'll put you down as a retard. We are one player away from going somewhere. We get production out of every other position but the 5 or center.Once we can get a 5 then we can play against Kentucky or Duke or any other team like that.SDSU is so close the coaches need to stay focused and show a potential center that we can have a low post game. This is not time to f x x x around and act like a retard it is time to get the player that we need to win a national title.

I'm positive our coaches would take someone with the skills and size of Spencer in a heartbeat. Obviously it'd be nice if we could get some offense from the 5 but more importantly for next year we will be looking for someone with the size, defensive ability and athleticism that fits our system. We will have numerous players that will be able to score: Hemsley, Kell, Pope, Teki, Zylan, Hoetzel, Allen and Shrigley all have the ability to put up 10 or more points on any given night.

6'8 210 PF/SF Elijah Minnie, getting offers. One from UN Reno. 12 ppg, 7 rpg and just a freshman...oh ya, he was kicked off the Robert Morris team.

This weekends open's up the flood gates for transfers. Today alone (3) players from Bradley (2) from Wazzu. 3-star Kale Abrahamson from Drake, 6'8 220 who averaged 11 pts, 4 rebs is looking to move and is a RS Jr who can play immediately. He may not be the best fit for SDSU. Freshman Scottie James may be the best transfer from Bradley the 6'7 225 lb forward played in 30 games averaged 3 and 3 off the bench, probably not worth looking at. www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIISKy-DIWA

6'11 202 C Christian Kennedy is leaving Lamar after one year out of JC at Daytona State. He didn't play much at Lamar. But was rated as one of the top 150 junior college players in the country … Guided Daytona to a 24-5 record and a No. 2 ranking in the state of Florida. Signed with Tennessee-Chattanooga out of high school before transferring to Daytona State. He was considered a top 60 power forward nationally out of HS.
Most likely a pass for us at SDSU as he never lived up to his potential at the D-1 level.

Here are some of more interesting transfers coming out of today's announcements:
Rick Berry's son Canyon from C of Charleston 6'6 205 SG/SF who averaged 20 ppg last year
Death threats, closed down social media, run out of town 6'5 190 SG Cullen Neal from UNM will most likely play in the WCC. I predict St Mary's.
6'3 190 lb. SG Isaac Fleming is leaving UH after averaging 9 ppg, 3 rpg and 2 apg. He is looking for a team with a better fit for him. The 3-star guard played for Team Loaded is out of Wilmington, DE.

limit this to guys that play the 5 - also there is a separate post about Cullen Stan, No real 5's out there right now. A few big guys kicked off their teams, and some Midwestern bench warmers from the Soutland and MVC. The best Center transfer available is Goodluck out of UNLV, but I don't think that UNLV and the MWC allow for intra conference transfers.

There are going to be hundreds of transfers out there by mid April .So unless some one leaves the Aztecs . We only have 2 scholarships remaining for 2016 -17 season . Major need is a guy that plays the 5 . Focus on that first , not easy but it is the goal . So go "dig" a few up - avoid the other temptations .
