Nobody should get their hopes up with TJ. I would be absolutely shocked if he came to SDSU. Why we could beat either UCLA or Oregon in any given game. |

Why is the basketball team wasting their time with 5* players. IMO, we should only talk to 6*+ players. I'd bring in one 6* guy and two 7* guys each year. |

Forget the 2016 frosh and go for 5th year transfers a la josh Davis types ! I was just thinking we need a fifth year center transfer next year.Leaf and Zylan at the 4.Narain can play the 5 after he gets bigger he may be 6-11 after a redshirt. |

Btw, I loved buying records at the old Blue Meanie in El Cajon. Don't sleep on Zylan. He will almost assuredly start next year. I am definitely not sleeping on Zylan. I just could not include him on my 2016/17 "Dream Team" starting lineup, ahead of Pope and Leaf.
I am very excited about the 2015/16 team as well. The likely "Fisher 8" are:
G - Hemsley, Kell, Allen F - Shepard, Pope, Cheatham, Chol C - Spencer
Ok, now you are sleeping on Caesar lol. This guy was averaging double figures as a Freshman at Missouri. Also, at 6'6" he should be able to play SF. If the Aztecs were to get Leaf and Stanback this team would be Elite 8 worthy without Pope. If Pope comes back, and I think that is more of a possibility then people think, a Final four or more is possible. |

You mean without Pope,Spenser,Shepard,Chol.We might be better this year.Your thinking Leaf is better than he is.He is good but not MAA lottery powerhouse.He will have a Pope like learning curve the first year. |

on Page 27 ....poster says he and his parents spent good portion of the 1 day he was here touring the campus . Did not stay over night or extended time with the current players .
Coach Fisher has said on a few occasions it is the current and former players that seem to make the strongest case for your team .
