His poor decisions are going to have to be reduced.

People thought Kawhi was a tweener, Jamaal is much more of a tweener than Kawhi. People who said Kawhi was a tweener weren't sure if he was a 3 or a 4. Also people who said that were dumb.

He's definitely not the best rookie, but is definitely playing better than his draft spot. What rookie is playing better than him right now? Kyrie Irving was almost named to the all star team. Rubio before he got hurt, maybe Kenneth Faried. Kawhi's 5th on David Thorpe's rookie ranking right now.

There should be a spot to vote for possibility, because I do think it's possible.

The biggest determining factor on how high Jamaal goes in the draft is how well the team does and how far they go in the tournament.

Jamaal was an all American this year because SDSU won the MWC and Jamaal was the MVP. Kawhi was a 2nd team All American and lottery pick last year because SDSU got to the Sweet 16. Ofcourse their individual play put them in the discussion, but it is team success that gets players the notoriety they need to be considered over others with equal talent but less team success.

Jamaal was honorable mention. Big difference between 2nd team All-American and honorable mention. Did you see how many people were honorable mention?

If SDSU had advanced to the Sweet 16 this year, with his production, Jamaal would have had a case for 2nd or 3rd team. If Kawhi's team had lost in the 1st Rd of the tourney, no way he's 2nd team, but he would have been honorable mention. Thanks for proving my point.

The biggest determining factor on how high Jamaal goes in the draft is how well the team does and how far they go in the tournament. I don't necessarily agree with this because Jamaal got on everybody's radar THIS year. So if he has a lottery pick type of year, then it won't matter how far the team goes. He'll get his.

True but lets say SDSU had performed well enough to advance to the Final Four this year. Jamaal would be considered for the lottery right now. The only reason Jeremy Lamb is so highly touted is because of how well UCONN did last year to go along with his stellar contributions. Jamaal had a better year on a better team than Jeremy Lamb this year but Lambs stock is protected by last years team success to go along with his good performance.... So no matter how high Jamaal's stock rises next year, he'll be benefiting from the teams wins this year that helped put him on the map. He'd have to completely tank it next year to not be considered in the 1st rd.

You predicted that stuff because your family or a very close friend and every family and close friends do the same thing. He wasn't All-American.
