Why do you folks hate Hacksaw so much? Dude pimps the AZTECS when ever he can. Most of the stuff he says are over blown (for radios sake), unfortunately, almost always true. I don't understand it at all pssst13. He talks Aztecs when most don't. He is very fair with his talk about Aztecs. He tries to help promote Aztecs... And Aztec fans dog him all the time.  I agree. You guys all whine if no one talks Aztecs and when they do you still whine. Be very glad he talks Aztecs because, truth be told, until they start winning, no one but us die hards really care about what is happening with the team. I am sure his ratings don't pick up any more when he talks Aztecs. |

It's a San Diego thing, you're supposed to hate on Hacksaw. I don't think people really have anything against him it's just that he's sooooo ridiculous he's ripe for ridicule. Down it firefighter!   |

I dig Hacksaw. I love how some of these jackals want to bitch about coverage. Then they want to fine tune it and make it as perfect as possible. Only gleaming, beautiful, sweet music to their ears coverage. Just shut the fu*k up!!
I doubt he woke up and said "hey, let me make up this $#!+ to get the SDSU football fans, all 40 of them who know who Perry Jackson is, to call in and get feisty."
It's either legitimate, or he had a bad source, or maybe even it appeared one way but got worked out.

Whining about Hacksaw and BS takes peoples minds off how bad our program has been for the last 12 years. The Saw and BS are just guys they love to hate. Used to be Leitner in years past, but now seems BS and Saw have picked up the slack. I'd say from their standpoint if no one is talking about them--good or bad--that's bad news. The posters here are probably like water off a ducks back. Part of their job description. At least they are keeping the flames burning--whether they or the posters are fanning them is all a matter of perspective. At least someone is talking about Aztec football for a change. The Aztecs get someone on the radio talking about them, and Hacksaw gets people talking about his show. Hacksaw talks about everyone this way.

That and get your frickin' facts right. It's obvious that because Jackson is a transfer from Sierra College just as Deonte Williams that Hacksaw has confused the two. If he doesn't have a more competent source than that, he needs to change sources - to this board, I would say. |

I caught a Hacksaw snippet the other day with the interview of the Saints beat writer - Hacksaw asked him if he was surprised that the Saints let go some "key members" of their playoff run to the Super Bowl...funny thing is every guy he mentioned was injured either in the preseason or before the playoffs. Hilarious.
