(This one is for the Burris hater) * Miles Burris logged at least a half tackle for loss for the ninth time in his last 10 games and now has 32.5 for his career ... Burris had a season-high for tackles with 10, matching his career high of 10 vs. Colorado State a year ago ... Burris tied the team game-high for most tackles this season, also held by Jerome Long (10 vs. Army).
Larry Parker, Sr., DB * Has played a part in six forced turnovers in the last two games, including forcing a fumble, recovering a fumble and logging his third interception of the season (third of his career) this afternoon
* FUMBLES - SDSU forced its 10th and 11th fumbles of the season .... The Aztecs have recovered eight fumbles on the year with seven of those coming in the last three games
They couldn't find an answer for Robinson early, but the defense played out of their minds in the second half. Unfortunately, the offense couldn't help them out today.

I'll admit it, I saw Burris making good contact on those ball carriers. He showed up for sure!

As said a number of times this morning, the Michigan announcers were truly bad. However, the color guy made one very astute observation early in the third quarter. That is that although we were then down only 14 points, there was only about 12 minutes on the clock so we needed to move the ball downfield rapidly if we were to still have a chance to win. Nevertheless, never - never - during that series of downs did we have three wideouts on the field. That speaks volumes about how little confidence Ludwig and Rocky have in anybody besides Lockett and Denso.

Denso is dependable when you need it. Well . . . The outcome was no longer in doubt but he missed two consecutive very catchable passes on our last drive. One went through his hands, the second he flat out dropped after apparently hearing footsteps. I'm not trying to bag on Denso but I think he tends to look better than he otherwise would because we have absolutely nobody worthwhile behind him.

I forgot about that one over the middle. Guess I missed the other.

Ronnie Hillman comes back for a junior year. Yes, if Hillman had any thoughts of leaving SDSU, after this year he had better forget about it. He's not quite ready for Sundays yet.

Joe Buck is leaving the announcer booth because of Auto-tune. ;D I mean how many times did they have to play that commercial?
