www.nartube.net/f34d98436a:5L3Z4YWaIrU.htmlI wish I knew how to get the entire damn link to copy and paste but I'm a technological doofus. I which I wasn't a technological doofus because this kid is a frickin' load who doesn't seem to carry the ball much but can catch passes out of the backfield and is reminiscent of Kirk Morrison as an inside LB. Looks to me like another very good get for our staff.

6' 2" 230lbs. Now that is a good sized young man to install at FB.

This guy looks to be a way better LB than a FB. The video is not impressive of him as a runner. He can block and he can tackle, but his speed seems average. He looks strong though. This recuit doesn't seem to pop like some of the others after viewing the video.

Looks like the perfect FB to me, is a load at the point of impact who can catch the ball out of the backfield.

Well, he's a pure fullback, not a tailback, so I'm not sure how much speed you would expect. And he sure seems to be able to run sideline to sideline fine as a LB. Wherever he ends up, I really like the video. VERY physical player and we can always use those kinds of guys.

It seems like we are getting a lot of atheletic guys who will be able to contribute on ST's which is sorely needed.

RivalsThey list him as a "soft verbal". Do you interpret that as I do that he's hoping for an offer from a Pac-10/12 school?

Bingo - we need some full back types to play special teams as they can be wildly helpful

That film is of him as a sophomore. If he grows like a typical teenager he could be a great pickup.

I agree... If this kids highlights were from his Soph year only, then he is an absolute stud. Extremely physical which is exactly what you want from a FB/LB type athlete. Also that kind of physicality rubs off on other players. For what Hoke and Co, are trying to do, uping the physical nature of the team, he seems to be a great get..... Go Aztecs....

Big kid.
Hoke probably sees a lot of untapped potential.
Let's cash it in.

He looks like a solid get. I'm not worried about top end speed with a FB I just want him to create some hole's and get a first down on 3rd and 1 opportunities. Looks to be a true FB so quicks are not a huge concern for me. The Chargers sure could use someone like him.
