I find it interesting that liberal pundits are spending more time on Sarah Palin and Donald Trump than the serious candidates. I am sure Michele Bachman will be back soon too...
I also find it interesting that those same liberal pundits aren't looking at their own situation with as much vigor. Grant that in my current location I don't get the plethora of news but it seems that when I see MSNBCs one hour rotating block, it is usually on Palin, as an example. If one looked at the issues brought up on this board by those seemingly liberal, it is generally the same.
Just an observation.

Dylan Rattigan offers whacks at Obama's handling of the economy on a fairly consistent basis - might not be the whacks you'd like to hear, but he is quite critical of Obama. =Bob

I really find it rather sad that middle aged (as well as really old people like Pooh) somehow think it's cool to engage in the same misspellings and other crap that kids engage in. I mean really, pwned and psot may be cute, but I see no reason why proper English should be abandoned. And more to the point, it's ridiculous that people in their 50s to almost their 80s should try to appear cool by using misspellings and acronyms used by kids in their teens.
If I could travel back to '68 at my current age and talk to myself at age 18 using the words I used then, my 18 year old self would have had to contain my desire to roll laughing on the floor.

My guess is you would categorize the L.A. Times as liberal. (I don't. Left of center, sure, but not liberal.) Anyway, the Times just ran an article pointing out how Romney, Gingrich, Huntsman (undeclared former Utah gov. whose name I may not have entirely correct) have changed positions as much as Obama has over the last six months. The difference, as pointed out there, is Obama has been moving to the center whereas the Republicans have been moving to the right to appease tea partyers. That will help them get the nomination but could bite them in the butt thereafter. Seems to me it will come down to where the economy is in Nov. 2012. If it's still floundering like now, the Republicans will have a great shot at retaking the White House, If not, none of these candidates is going to defeat an incumbent president who was in office when bin Laden was killed anyway.

All that simply because you thought it was a wrongly spelled word. You make some elaborate series of attempts to rationalize your linguistic shortcomings when nobody really cares. Grow up!
