OK. Again, I hope you are right. I'm a little concerned to say the least that a large group of people in our country would be good with putting unvaccinated individuals in camps! I can't even believe that is a thing! And of course, our federal government tried to create a vaccine mandate, while a large portion of of population cheered them on. Again, keep in mind, any time you hear vaccinated, think "fully vaccinated", that is, boosters for life baby. For you and your kids and your grandkids. It is crazy. I think the big divide will be between the 5th boosted vs the 4th boosted. After the 4th people will really start to wake up Good god I thought I was making a joke

Same, vaxed, got Covid (mild case) after Christmas. Different rules for me, I'm not boosted, because science. *Just to be clear, I'm not anti-vax at all. I'm not anti-booster either. I think getting boosted was the right call for my Mom and brother, but for my adult son and adult daughter? Why? Come on man! Yeah I don't want my kids to get vaccinated, they are little and it's completely unnecessary.

I feel for you! I don't understand the push to use this new vax on kids. I personally didn't want my adult kids to get it, but one just walked into a Wallgreens and was asked if he wanted the vax and he said "sure". And the other was pressured into it at work. But at least they are young adults.

Must see headline: Boris Johnson scraps covid mandates starting Jan. 27, trusts judgement of the people. Johnson said this during a video press conference. England was the site of many protests against the covid mandates reported by Brand New Tube videos. SDSU needs to stop the game entrance policy and allow all fans to attend games immediately. That should happen for attending the MWC basketball tournament in Las Vegas in March. The Beastie Boys song is titled 'You got to fight for your right to party" applies.

I was joking Dennis! đ I am like Sweden and neutral on the subject for a plethora of reasons. I think you bring up some very good points and the other side has some very good points. Overall, we were so harmonious and friendly before COVID. "Can't we all just get along" - Reginald approves this message. And I didn't feel attacked by your post, not like many on here for whatever I post about Covid. Just felt safer responding to your post with a relevant link since I get the feeling Erik would like to cancel me from this forum for any reason whatsoever. I have to tread lightly on here now because too many people cannot accept an opposing view. Congrats. U got your wishes. My un vaccinated step mother in North Carolina got Covid at at Christmas and now has been on ventilator for 11 days.

Passing a temperature test of 99 and lower can be used in lieu of vaccination/booster to gain admittance to games. I passed that requirement while the unvaccinated/unboostered are still banned from attending games.

If so, then people in this category should DEFINITELY be vaccinated. A person should pull out all the stops in these cases, imo. I'm sorry to hear she's going through this.

61 and probably 40 pounds overweight. Den60 has been giving misinformation since early in the pandemic. I am fâŚking pissed. . There is a good chance she is going to die and if she does live she is going to be on oxygen for the rest of her life. and it was completely unnecessary.

I had COVID just after the 4th. As far as I know, first time.
Double vaxxed and boosted last year. (Wonât get further boostsâshoot, I should have antibodies up the wazoo now).
It was mild. No fever, slight cough, completely lost taste and smell for over a week. Was negative on day seven.
Truthfully, I think the COVID fog, âCOVID brainâ whatever they are calling it â was worse than the COVID itself. It lasted a full ten days after the virus and made me feel like I had a head cold. Hard to describe. Glad that is clear now.
I think we know the jab doesnât prevent COVID but many reputable medical and science professionals will tell you it can prevent more severe disease.
Stay safe, friends. Wishing you all well.

Did she need oxygen? My brother in law recently got the full throttle of symptoms (except shortness of breath, thankfully) including bad diarrhea. Sounded fuckin awful. A good two weeks his symptoms lasted also.

No, she's been fairly lucky considering she's not vaccinated. Fever, chills, body aches, very weak...but I think she's avoided most of the lung stuff in the short-term.

And you're right, the âCOVID brainâ is real, by far the worst of my symptoms, lasted weeks. My MD said they're comparing it to post-concussion syndrome as far as how similar the foggyheadedness symptoms can be and how long it lasts - scary!

Itâs so hard to describe to people who havenât had the symptom. I could still work well and think critically, etc (mostly lol) but what an odd overall feeling. One night I met a friend for 4 or 5 beers, now THAT was even weirder. Felt like an out of body experience !
