Yes he was That’s a good sign that he’s traveling with the team. Does anyone know if he’s been cleared for light activities like shooting, maybe jogging? I believe I read somewhere he has been doing non-contact workouts in practice. Someone also had a picture from practice with him in a practice jersey on the floor working out.

I believe the only restriction is contact at this point... so all he's doing is shooting, individual drills, and conditioning.

There most assuredly is a probability that Nathan will return; every outcome to everything has an associated probability of occurring. Comments like this make glad I went to this schiol. You went to this "school", but you still can't spell worth a lick.

My spelling as in fact worth a lick, sire/madame. A slowly strummed Fm7 major, with hammer-on to Fmaj7 guitar lick.
As a further subtext, you will note there is also no "me" in that comment. So while there is no "I" in team, there most certainly should be a "me."
Paraphrasing TehSanDiegan:
"There most assuredly is a probability that every internet comment will have an associated probability of someone not getting it." Get well soon, Nate.

yes he has been cleared to do NON contact things that include running and shooting - think that has been going on for a while now
But nothing has been said lately about when he can do contact drills - so don't read too much into the basic Non contact drills he is doing -
Positive signs but let's wait for the clearance for him to fully participate - is nice to see him smiling at the bench and being involved in the game with his team mates

He was saying that Mensah has been doing a lot of shooting drills and one-on-none drills. He said he just started this week to do 5-on-none drills and non-contact walk throughs. He sounded hopeful that Mensah would be back this season, though didn’t officially say so.

confident the coaches will follow what the med staff has to say about what he can do in practice . But good to hear that he is going through the talk throughs with his team mates and coaches - being involved mentally
Positives but it is still step by step process

If we played in the tournament Friday/Sunday, Nate has 36 days to get right. Yes, he'd be rusty, but still. And a full 5 weeks more healing seems like a decent shot to me.

I'm sure it will all depend on when the Doctors anticipate ending blood thinner treatment and how long for the effects to wear off. Given that Nate is out doing a lot of drills, I'm hoping that mean he is healthy, and the Doctors gave given him a target date. I'm sure Nate will be relieved to be back on the court.

The treatment he's undergone makes him prone to internal bleeding due blood thinning drugs (i.e. Warafin)...thus the no contact...I'm sure the clot has dissolved or he wouldn't be running and doing drills...so now he is probably waiting on test to determine the level of drugs still in his body (INR test) for the all clear....

Then at the completion of the treatment there is usually a one week hold until you can begin contact activities like BB practice. March 29th would be three months from coming out of the Cal Poly game...

When he gets cleared for practice/contact then that matters

The MW Championship game is on March 7th and the first game of the NCAA Tournament could be on the 19th. So if he doesn’t play in the MW tournament there’s still time to recover and possibly play in the NCAA tournament. If Arop has no more setbacks he should be playing at another level come the 19th or 20th.

So much attention has been put on Mensah and rightly so but after watching Arop junkyard-dog it against New Mexico, it made me just as anxious for him to get back in full game shape. He can effectively guard every position which no one else on the team can.
With him, KJ and Seiko all on the floor at the same time, that's some serious lock down defense.

Is there any worry about rust since he hasn’t played since early December or is he out there for defensive purposes mainly?
