At this point I think there is a good chance that we will get a transfer that isn't currently in the transfer portal. If they change the transfer rules, we could get a really high quality transfer who doesn't have to sit.
We will get a player (or two) between now and the start of the season.

there are articles out there lately thinking that the new transfer rule maybe approved in May or June but most likely starting with the 2021-22 season So may not see guys applying for immediate transfer and getting to play until after the 2020-2021 season is over

Appeared in 29 games with 22 starts for Pacific. Averaged 6.4 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, ranking third on the team with 20 blocks. Ranked in the top 15 in the West Coast Conference with 0.69 blocks per game and 1.62 offensive rebounds per game. pacifictigers.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/amari-mccray/3389He spent two years at Howard College (JuCo) and was the Western Junior College Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Also earned All-WJCAS First Team and NJCAA Region 5 All-West Region honors the same year. Pretty sure he is a GTR, 2 years in Juco, 1 year red-shirt, 1 year at UoP with 22 starts. Could be an option if we want a GTR rim protector.

And we should keep an eye on this guy Francis Okoro, from Oregon with two years to play, former ESPN top 60 player. From 247 Soprts: Francis Okoro of Oregon enters transfer portal. Stands 6'9 235 lbs, averaged 3.3 points and 4.2 rebounds in 17.2 minutes per game this season. Okoro was previously a member of the 2019 recruiting class, but reclassified into 2018 to enroll at Oregon early. He is the same size and years of expeirence as Udeze. He averaged 5.4 points and 6.8 rebounds in nonconference play but saw a drop in production in Pac-12 play due in part to injury and while coping with the death of his father. Analyisis & Comments: Okoro was a role player in two seasons for Oregon and showed some flashes as a rebounder. Somebody will take a chance on a big man with some ability to rebound. winnersandwhiners.com/articles/2020-college-basketball-transfers-41720__ca+142

Levi Stockard III 6'8 240lbs. played 100 games at Kansas State started 3, he is the 9th guy in the rotation and is transferring from K-State. "Although we are disappointed with his decision, we wish him the best," K-State head coach Bruce Weber said in a release. "He was part of some special moments here at K-State, including a run to the Elite Eight and a Big 12 Championship. He is a quality young man and is on track to graduate on time, which is the most important thing. We appreciate what he has given us these last three seasons.” A St. Louis native, Stockard averaged 3.7 points and 2.6 rebounds per game last season. Stockard never became a fixture in the Wildcats' lineup, starting just three games — all coming last season — in his 100 appearances over the last three years. Very good big man grad transfer available that i'm sure we will try for. We've actually played against him. Competition will certainly be tough tho

Romello should be priority number 1 for us, and probably for a lot of other programs too. Excellent fit with our roster next season in my opinion.

Some thoughts out there that he may want to play closer to his home in Georgia - Can already hear the call coming in from Arkansas
Do think if we could land him would be very helpful - was second in the PAC in rebounding - he tailed off near the end of last year grandmother passed away
Would be interesting if we were fortunate to sign him and then play ASU in the T in Hawaii

Looks like White has an interest in Vandy, Jerry Stackhouse is the coach there now and Romello played for his AAU squad all of high school.
