Not limited to, but includes. Sometimes the big picture is important. BTW not saying they can't protest, just saying they shouldn't in this fashion.

Let me give an example. When I went to college there would be guys shouting about life and death issues in the middle of the campus. (freedom of speech). Although I think it is a good subject, I didn't think it was a smart thing to do.
So yes, use your freedom of speech, but use it wisely.
Apparently the team agreed with me. Which I think is wise.
BTW I don't think you are allowed to do the shouting thing on campus anymore...my guess is they considered it disturbing the peace!
