Chapman may end up being a good efficient QB who makes few mistakes, but seeing Agnew's and Johnson's prep stats....wow, now THOSE are dual threat quarterbacks!! Not only can't I wait to see the rebirth of a passing attack to compliment the always reloading running game, but to see a quarterback who is just as dangerous with his legs as the running backs are

BTW, Richardson was also recruited as an athlete, not as a QB. Haven't checked this years roster, but believe he's a TE, or something like that.

Richardson is the 3rd string TE.

Richardson #84: 6'5" 250 lbs. now was brought in as TE ( did get a quick look as QB ) he is actually best offensive TE for speed , and getting yards after catch - plays behind the other two who block and catch some passes so is the third TE.

As you also as noted Favreau (sp) is now a WR , Bawden FB , Kelley DB/S

Does show the major problem we have talked about Terrible Recruiting of Recruiting and Developing QB's from at least 2008 -12. 4 to 6 years does hurt a program , at a very key position . We have had RB's but until we have a QB that can make plays when needed , we did not get to the Championship level or beat quality teams.

Richardson could be a very good TE if we needed a TE that was a more offensive threat . Watched him in the Spring game caught the balls thrown to him , is a load to tackle , has better speed then the other two TE 's but they are more blocker styles . He is more " Gates " style .

Jeffries had announced he was going to another school . Would guess JR is the next transfer if he is not #1 or #2 after Spring . If he graduates this summer he could go to any school he chooses , if not then he also would need to step down to lower level.

Future does seem brighter but as we have always heard Potential is there for the QB's . Seeing it on the field is all that is important . Recruiting the correct guys and then Developing them . We can only hope .New QB and OC coach
