Who do you want as OC? What offense do you want for next year? Who do you think will be the next OC?

This was clearly going to happen and I think we are going to the spread. No idea where we look, gonna have to be someone who wants to make a name for themselves... Maybe even be the next HC.

Apparently I am really tired today. I read this thread title as "Why do you want to be the next OC?" and thought it was an interview thread.

Don't have a name to throw out there, but I'd like it if they stayed with the pro style offense. Just add in some zone read stuff for JR. Think Russell Wilson and the Seahawks.

Tedford is an interesting thought but doubt we could afford him. No thanks for any retreads or even Tedford as one who would be the Head Coach in waiting. Horton would not be a bad move.

Some one that can actually go out view and break down the strengths and weakness of a QB . Some one that analyzes each QB and figures out what style would work best for them to succeed . Has the willingness to develop the QB .Does not try to have players fit his system instead works to put them in positions where they and the team can succeed . Knows the goals are to win the MW and then the G5 bowl , other then that he did not succeed at his job . No excuses .

Convince Dino Babers to come in and be OC for a few years and be the Head Coach in Waiting. Never happen but it would be awesome.

Instead of thinking retreads, or old school why not go for Scott Frost (Ore. OC), or Doug Meacham, Sonny Cumbie OC's from TCU. They seem to know how to put up points!

CFL's BC Lions are looking to hire Tedford.
