Of course fumbles affect our offense but the game is played through 4 quarters and 2 fumbles don't make or break a team. Toledo job is to find a way to score, and he didn't do that, so I blame him. There are missed opportunities on both ends of the floor, but Rocky has done good on his defensive scheme. This team cannot ride on Toledo's back any longer, we need a new offensive coach and if you can't see that, then hope for you my friend as a competent football fan is lost. I won't let myself suffer another loss that we should have won (NC State and Fresno), If you want to keep Toledo then fire Rocky but for this school to succeed we must show our value to the Big Dogs in order to join there special club and we haven't done that. FYI you lose ALL credibility when you don't even know the teams that we played this year. Jesus. Using the phrase "both ends of the floor" in reference to football doesn't exactly enhance his credibility either.

If Rocky needs another hundred grand to find a good OC, Sterk needs to give it to him.

We need to give him money. Sterk just passes our money to pay the expenses. He has no stash.

Spoke to someone tonight who would know - RL would like to hire better but can't due to budget limitations. Due to lack of cash he is faced with hiring either old coaches or very new guys. No doubt lack of cash is the reason for no DC as well. So fans can complain about coaching all they want but the fact is SDSU is limited because of the conference they are in. (or rather the TV deal of the conference they are in)

I don't get it @sleepinggiantsfan, its obvious you agree we need to get rid of our offensive coach so why even bother to argue. If I were you and had a mute button on my forehead I would get duck tape and tape the button down until I learn to shut-up when SDSU4LifeAlmost talks football. No offense but were on the same side, we both want our football program to take the next step. Miss naming a team and having a basketball flash back as I typed my comments, because I am tired of this team losing when it counts, wont change the fact that we still need a new OL coach. The fact that you agree proves my point. It has been spoken and so it shall be written.

Furthermore being last in most stats of our offense proves my point. Toledo needs to go before he drags us to a point where SDSU will no longer be considered for a P5 conference. If we win out then i will eat my crow. I defended Toledo and Rocky for as long as I can remember, but I am beginning to lose my patience on both coaches. Toledo needs to step up or I WILL GUARANTEE you, that he will no longer be coaching our OL next season.
"I don't blame people for their mistakes. But I do ask that they pay for them," - John Hammond Toledo better start taking these quoted words to heart.

Time for a new OC and dedicated DC. Lets move into the 21st century. Yes we need a new DC. Ranking 28th in the country in total defense and 18th in scoring defense is reprehensible.

Would enjoy if someone from the coaching staff HC,OC,QB coach , Adam Hall ... would step forward and say they are responsible for recruiting and developing of the QB's . Go out and watch the guys in HS . Decide what style of offense we are, hopefully one where the QB is the focal point, and get us into at least the Championship game for the MW. No excuses , analyze our offense this winter and be prepared for 2015 season . Look at the top two teams in the MW , CSU and BSU they are currently led by their QB 's .
