If this is true about apologizing to the Dodgers this is a soft and gutless Padres team, a far cry from the 84 or 95 teams who didn't take $hit from anyone. In the case of Caminiti they didn't take $hit, they took 'roids.

Plus we do it with Deno in center (getting hits) and Cameron "no-hits" Maybin sitting comfortably on the bench.

I actually didn't expect Miami to be challenging us for the number one draft choice at this point of the year. Then again, didn't figure the Doggers would be in the mix either.
