"A year later, during BYU's realignment flirtation with the Big 12, San Diego State associate athletic director Jenny Bramer emailed Oklahoma's president and AD to warn them about the disadvantages of being in a conference with BYU."
Wow, I don't remember reading about that.

"A year later, during BYU's realignment flirtation with the Big 12, San Diego State associate athletic director Jenny Bramer emailed Oklahoma's president and AD to warn them about the disadvantages of being in a conference with BYU." Wow, I don't remember reading about that. I thought the same thing I do. It was part of a Freedom of Information request to the Oklahoma President regarding conference expansion. He took all of the emails he received regarding Big-12 expansion, and sent them to a reporter. Jenny Bramer knew people from Oklahoma, and made a one line quip about how difficult it is to be in the same conference as BYU. However, all of the BYU faithful seem to ignore a long email from a BYU graduate who worked at Oklahoma recommending that they pass on BYU for many reasons. Edit: PDF of emails if anyone wants to read all of them: www.tulsaworld.com/webextra/content/items/OU_emails.pdf
