do you need a weelchair? i forget if there were actual seats up there or just parking spaces for ur weelchair.

Up top there are seats next to each wheelchair space. Don't know if you need tickets to sit in them. In years past, when games weren't sellouts, I would always see people sitting in those seats even though they didn't appear to be there with a wheelchair bound person. Might be different now. ? ? But, yes, there are seats there.
