How are we doing in football recruiting? Well, I checked Rivals.com and took note of how a number of schools are doing, beginning with 3 not in the MWC. Those include one high-powered program (USC), one of the best non-BCS programs (Boise State), and one of the worst BCS programs (Baylor). These data are from Rivals.com, and are as of this moment. (Notice how well Baylor, which has been bad for years, is doing at this point. Also, you will notice that some schools have very few commits at this point.)

The numbers on the left refer to how many stars have been given to the athletes by Rivals. The numbers on the right indicate the number of athletes of each rating committed to a school. "nr" = not rated
