This is just too ugly! You have to wonder what sort of value this "Dr" placed on human life. Then you need to extend that to anyone who would perform late term abortions and then finally anyone who would have or perform an abortion under any ordinary circumstances. Just too ugly to want to think about.

I remember my idealistic days in college and thereafter in my 20s when I was a proud Pro-choice Democrat....then, I married at 29 and later in my 30s watched my children be born and even had the privilege of cutting the umbilical cord. I was forever changed to a pro-life Independent. I guess a little experience is good for the soul!? No real political intervention here....just the reality of the miracle of life and the fact that I was now a father.

I won't get into an arguement regarding the issue of abortion but will say that the doctor should be going to jail for a long time. What he did was not abortion but murder plain and simple.

It truly was the experience of a lifetime. While I am still pro-choice, I must admit that seeing your children enter the world is a transcendental experience.

I was present in the delivery room for the birth of four of my kids. Two naturally and two via C-section. The two surgical deliveries were not transcendental in experience.
