With the class warfare issues arising, there will be plenty of people who will be interested in safety for their families.

Where would you rather be:
1. In a city teaming with rioting masses and houses pillaged and on fire?
2. On a farm far out in the country (away from major highways) with a means of defending yourself and your loved ones?

Fifty percent above the going rate for the farm stead after I have made a few "Improvements" to the land and sold the perspective buyer (city slickers) on the idea of having a free fire zone 300 yards down the road that leads to the stead.
