I was impressed with Drew Gordon.. would have been the perfect pickup for us and solidified the middle for the next couple years. we are going to miss him. He plays like an Aztec/

Kids want to play immediately. I think he took a look at our starting 5 and knew he would be sitting on the bench. At New Mexico, with their player losses, he knew he could play immediately. Kids have no patience today.

Kids have no patience today. Exactly. Except he would have gotten a lot of playing time at SDSU. With Billy always getting in early foul trouble, Drew would have gotten a lot of minutes to prove himself. It's a shame, especially since his dad played at SDSU. He would have been a perfect fit.

Kids have no patience today. And they can be short-sighted, as well. If he had carefully perused our roster he would have seen how wide-open the possibilities were for him next year. Furthermore, if he is as good as they say, he would have played this year. Not started, but played. As things stand, he has to play in New Mexico. I have nothing against the Land of Enchantment, but here in San Diego one does not have to be enchanted to have a good time! AzWm

Nice sport coat Stevie. Love whooping your butt. He will be out of New Mexico within two years. Back to the Big 10 or Big 12 for sure. Too young to be stuck in no man's land. Maybe Texas Tech since little Knight is a disaster.

Maybe Texas Tech since little Knight is a disaster. In the middle of a bunch of classy Aztec fans there has to be a jerk. Steve signed a 10 year extension a few months ago. He and his family love it here and are treated like royalty. If you want to know what a disaster looks like, go to Lubbock.

Loborick....we will see. Contracts equal to buy outs. Just not a fan of Alford. Never have never will. Too much crying for my taste. By the way your board is as obnoxious as anything.

Every time he mentioned how good we were, he kind of did a chuckle - like he is amazed by the talent we have.

Do NOT let the team read this, they already have heads too big at times.
