We're up against it today. Local ratings gonna take a little hit I'm afraid. Thats one heavyweight NFL matchup. Hopefully it'll be a blowout by the time the Aztecs tip it off, and people make the switch

The NFL is a huge pull, especially the playoffs no college basketball regular season game is going to sniff it ratings wise

As a life long Steeler fan, I was on the NFL game primarily, but during any break in the action, I'd flip to the Aztecs.

The NFL is a huge pull, especially the playoffs no college basketball regular season game is going to sniff it ratings wise Everyone with a brain knows that. But locally might be a different story. I'm talking about using the Steelers-Ravens as a measuring stick. I'd say thats a good way to judge local interest. You? Btw, you here (on this board) because your rival took our football coach or because we're one of the 3 undefeated schools left. You hanging on KU message boards too? Just delete your account over on Syracuse's team board? Time to move on back to miserable Columbus.

Unfortunately not the best delivery for the SDSU game, in fact, it was the well below the 3.0 HH average. SDSU v NM delivered a 1.8 HH Rating, 19,580 households viewing on average. It peaked at a 3.1 HH. The Ravens v Steelers game did a 22.7 HH Rating, 247,414 households tuned in. The good part is that the Aztecs were the #2 program on from 3-530p, nothing else even came close. I think tomorrow's game will be fair extremely well. Wed night game, 7p start (so at least the first hour will have little competition), even broadcast prime will be light aside from the Idol premier. Will be interesting to see how it delivers.

Funny I missed the FB game, the AZTECS were on TV that was all I needed to know! Me too. I'm a football guy, but I wasn't going to miss the Aztecs' toughest road test to date. The Ravens-Steelers game was probably the best game of the postseason, but I'm not sorry I missed it.

Funny I missed the FB game, the AZTECS were on TV that was all I needed to know! Same here. Watched Ravens go up 21-7. 3 o'clock rolled around, tv stayed on 790 'til 5:30. Then switched to Packers-Falcons.

I would watch till they missed a shot or committed a turnover and then check the football game. At some point during the second half I just kept watching the Aztecs.
