Hope they get on it.
I received my football renewal in the mail a while back and set it aside and forgot about it. This week I got a letter stating that my seats were no longer mine and I have to call to see where I can sit now. You would have thought that I would have gotten an email or phone call in between to remind me. Though I had only been making one or two games a season I was still buying season seats to support the program. Now I'm thinking about not.

Ziggy, don't lose heart. There are plenty of great seats still available, maybe even better than you had before. You should, however, contact the ticket office or those responsible for your mix-up and voice your concerns. I live approx. 600 miles from San Diego and also purchase season tickets X 2, with hopes to make it to at least two games annually. All done in an effort to support the team.

I always wait until the last minute on purpose, and I got a reminder about a week before the renewal deadline and got a post card last week reminding me to renew my basketball tickets.

I did the same thing and they called and emailed and mailed me. I need to renew.

Zig, I didn't renew either...but I did get a call from them and broke the bad news. On the good news side, I did leave my AAF donation at the same level as last year despite bailing on the football tix. I'm going to just get tix to the games that I attend this year (I'll probably end up missing 3 games because of vacations). Hell, it's not like it's tough to find decent seats 10 minutes before the game.
