Just talked to a buddy of mine who coaches for the Indians, says that the umpire, who blew the call badly, apologized to the kid after the game.

Watched it live on ESPN. I have never been so upset about something that did not involve a team I cared about. What a horrible horrible call. All that after Jackson made one hell of a catch in center field.

we're all human, and Jim Joyce owned up to it, but man what a missed call. Bud Selig can reverse it, and call it a perfecto.....
