Did I see correctly that we are playing on the blue carpet next season??? Since I have already been to the Big House, it is Boise for me...I had the pleasure of meeting Al Borges the other night at the Poinsettia Bowl reception. He told me he coached there before and said it is an incredibly beautiful campus and city, and easy to recruit to....i would enjoy seeing so myself. Seems like we should have many fans travel there possibly instead of MI. or Army.....

If anyone going to West Point has the time and has not seen fall colors, I'd recommend taking the train that goes from NYC to Montreal, although it doesn't stop at West Point but appears to come close: tinyurl.com/2fpz5s8Aside from the colors you get an amazing look at Lake Champlain, which is quite large. I think there is a station somewhat across the Hudson from and the ride would be from there to Plattsburg and then back. Or if you really like trains, you can catch Amtrak in Plattsburg, travel to Schenectady, which gives you the connection to the train to Chicago, then on to Smell-A and then home. But then again, I've been in love with trains my entire life and I know that most people don't care to take the time involved to ride them. =Bob Too early for fall colors. I'll be out there for Army then a week of work in midtown and a stopover in Ann Arbor on the return flight.

No.
Went to Michigan in 2004. If I go on an Aztec road trip in 2011 it will be to West Point.

Michigan has a nice campus and surrounding area. I can't remember the name of the deli on the outskirts of campus, but what a place that was!

My New Year's resolution is to save enough money to fly back and see the Aztecs spank the Wolverines. Anyone else planning a trip? Been there, done that. I have no interest in going to Michigan ever again. Now if we schedule Ohio State again ... I am in. Some of the nicest folks I have ever met.
