I haven't seen a big man pass the ball like Malcom Thomas in years.
He made two unbelievable passes last night (simple passes, but perfect timing to the right guy).
He leads us directly to soooo many points during the course of the game.
Great job Malcom Thomas!!!

His passing has been excellent this season and he is also showing how hard he has worked on free throws. He has looked great at the line the past few games.

...and to think that I was more excited about Shelly than Thomas when I heard they were leaving Pepperdine for the Aztecs.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think he'd be a perfect fit for the triangle offense in the pros as a good passing big man?

Malcolm really has stepped it up big time, and took up the slack for the under the weather Leonard.
Steve, I've been meaning to bring that up, about his passing ability. I'm glad you did.

I tip my hat to him.

Malcolm could be a good 4 in the NBA. Would need to be on the right team, but he's really stepped up this year.

I thought he did everything Coach Fisher wanted him too. He just got lost in the shuffle as we got better and better. It is no shame to loose your spot to Chase Tapley.

Who would have ever thought that we would not even miss Shelly. I too was more excited about Shelly than Thomas. Thomas has turned out to be a complete team player and an absolute monster under the basket. He is awesome.

My only point - and I might be wrong - is that he was always looking for his shot, and didnt' play within the system as we now know it.

I understand what you are saying...but from what I saw last year I disagree with you. Tyrone is a scorer and a scorer shoots. He is expected to shoot. I thought he shot less last year than any season I have watched him. He got a bad rap last year in my opinion.

I understand what you are saying...but from what I saw last year I disagree with you. As I said, I might be and probably am wrong. My percption was that he was looking to shoot and not to pass. To me, the great beauty of this team is the extra pass. Nothing but love and good luck to Tyrone. Tyrone is a scorer and a scorer shoots. He is expected to shoot. I thought he shot less last year than any season I have watched him. He got a bad rap last year in my opinion.
