It’s not erroneous. American hostages were taken. Israeli mothers and babies were slaughtered. American college students did march for Hamas while chanting “From the River to the Sea”. All of these statements are true and accepted by both parties. All of these incidents have video footage to verify their factuality. How can we trust a president who doesn’t have his mental facilities?? Never was the term “lame duck” more appropriate.🤣🤣 Please just give up your insane political comments. Your opinions are simply off base and false. The "remonetizing" portion is what I was referring to. Please, never, ever, ever tell me my opinions are off base or false...you pretty much lie on a daily basis here. Just from the last couple of days, you called the Smith investigation "politically driven" and appeared clueless where things have to be explained to you, like long-standing measures that don't allow for prosecution of a sitting president. The "remonetization" was a Trump-era waiver where Iranian money was frozen temporarily. The release of those funds, solely to be used for humanitarian aid, was a multi-country, jointly-taken endeavor. Please, don't suddenly cry for Israel and act like you care out of the blue. It's laughable. You continue to be detestable. Really makes me wonder the levels of indoctrination you've fallen into. We know where your allegiance lies, unfortunately. It's a fact that there's standing policy against prosecuting any sitting president or president-elect. It's a fact that Donald Trump declared his candidacy knowing he was going to be indicted by the DOJ. It's a fact that he retained classified material and obstructed justice, Aileen Cannon's incompetence and lack of ethics saved him from life in prison. It's a fact that he interfered in the transitional election process and was going to be found guilty in Washington, too. *Your* belief system is the problem here, not mine. Fealty to a tyrannical bully, deeply ingrained in a propaganda effort. Since when? You're in here day after day complaining about "genocide" over and over and over again like you expect the United States to somehow force Israel, its own nation, to just roll over. The world doesn't work that way. The alternative (Netanyahu getting whatever he wants from Trump) is far worse than the reality we are in today. Any cessation of hostilities is a plus, given the dynamics we currently have. Most countries in the world would roll over to the US if we actually played our hand. The threat of trade embargos and withholding of access to US made weapons is more then enough to make them roll over. We fund Israel. Hell, us and the British created Israel. Why are they calling the shots? At best we are the s#!++y enabling 'parents' to Israel. At worst, we are calling the shots while claiming not to be in control of the weapons that we give to Israel for free that they use to conduct genocide. "But they are their own nation, we have no control over the country that we fund!" lmao. your argument is a joke. Biden became the first president in decades to actually withhold weapons from Israel. It never happens. Ever. The provisional release of military aid goes through Congress, through multiple subcommittees, is voted on and passed. Weapons WERE halted. So, no, threats don't work. Why are they calling the shots? Because they are a sovereign territory, it's not 1948 anymore. The US can pressure, bargain, extort, delay or negotiate, but it's up to ISRAEL and ISRAEL alone. Your view of policy is a joke, in reality. And once again, when the other guy steps in, you've seen nothing yet. Gaza will be handed over to Israel. I wish you had this level of concern for other foreign conflicts. |
