Biggest contributor- Danny O'Neil
Biggest Cons -
1. Horrendous turf care. To the casual observer it gives the appearance being 3rd rate. "They wanna move up to the best G6 League and they can't even take care of their field ?" Is now the world view.
Over on the WCSBoard, the Snappy Turf was included in the Turd of the Week thread. The game day thread had more comments about the field than the actual game. It's bush League, it's a hazard for the players, it makes State look third rate.
2. Lack of a decent NIL to attract and keep players.
End rant

The talk of Aztecs being fooled by trick plays is correct, but what about WSU being burned by the Aztecs 2 trick plays?? Does that mean WSU is undiscipled and poorly coached?? That's why they are called trick plays. they are designed to fool the opponent and if properly done any team can fool their opponent. Had a super coach in high school and he believed that if you can fool an opponent on a play you don't have to block him and that leaves you with an extra blocker. He went to college as a coach and was highly successful winning conference championships.

Maybe someone needs to get on the horn with sdsustoner, I'm sure back in the day he grew a few things in and around SDSU.

The turf situation is so strange. It really is. Looked on the Snapdragon event schedule leading up to the game and it doesnt appear there were that many Wave soccer games to warrant such a bad turf. In our photos we took on the website, you can visually so much sand kicked up by the players it was terrible.

Aztecs just seem to get burned every week by a few. The flea flicker in particular.
