Am looking forward to attending the Washington State game next month with my wife, daughter and son-in-law. We were season ticket holders for many years living in Orange County. My wife and daughter have given me an early Christmas gift, Aztec tickets so I can see my first game at the new stadium. We moved to Reno 5 years ago. Some questions/help would be helpful and appreciated.
Recommendations for a nice hotel. Recommendations for nice place for late dinner Friday night. Breakfast suggestions, buffet would be nice. Is there a nice restaurant at the stadium? Is there an Aztec shop at the stadium or a better place not on campus? Best place to park (class of 71) Any other suggestions
Thanks in advance for any help. Am stoked to be going

Nice restaurant at the stadium: Nope. Lots of food choices but not what I'd call a "nice" restaurant. Even the food offerings in the Clubs wouldn't count.
Aztec Shop: In the South East corner of the concourse.
Parking: Check the link. The Yellow lot is paved, the Orange lot is dirt and gravel. The Blue and Green lots are reserved for those with Club seating. Not sure about the Purple. Some people prefer to park off site and take the trolley.

Downtown would give you the best access for a late dinner and other options staying there. There are a lot of options for dining and, if you want good Italian, Little Italy is nearby.
I agree that you will pay a lot at the stadium for pretty much "fast food" style fare. If you want to be closer there is a Marriott right down the road from Snapdragon. There is a nice, albeit expensive, steak place called The Remy which is where the old Hunter's Steakhouse used to be. There are some decent options in Mission Valley. I think going to Old Town Mexican Cafe in Old town the morning of the game would be nice if you want to see some different sites.
I am sure you will get plenty of recommendations here.

Head into La Jolla.... Is there a nice restaurant at the stadium? No, but Hodad's burgers are tasty Is there an Aztec shop at the stadium or a better place not on campus? Yes, southeast entrance Best place to park (class of 71) Take trolley (prepurchase trolley pass on-line) Any other suggestions.... Bring canopies to share
