Why would Tulsa move for less money? Its crazy talk, but perhaps he has a point, drive out the competition with better conferences and higher media rights deals (PAC/AAC) Then add crappy teams like UTEP, but Tulsa's not coming for reduced shares. Plenty of other crappy teams to add, or some at the FCS level. Then UNLV wins the diluted MWC Football & Basketball. That's a one trick pony that assumes that UNLV Football makes the CFP and is the highest ranked G5. But, the lack of SOS and competition only lowers their metrics. Perhaps that welfare check is in order for Rebel Rob. |

The rest only 2 football championships, none of them with the initials of UNLV. One of those remaining schools championships were during the Covid year. Probably shouldn't count anything that happened that year.
UNLV has won ONE MW basketball championship to our 9. He should be happy to get rid of us.

Yeah, RR has always been that way, though he's become even more "special" since the PAC-6 announcement. I'm pretty sure most UNLV fans look at Robert the same way families do when they have a crazy, nutjob uncle. Not a lot they can do about him but hope he goes away someday. I think he lived in San Diego for a spell and used to post his drivel on the previous iteration of this board.

Unfortunately, UNLolV still won't win the conference when Utah State takes them to the woodshed every season. The rest of this is just flat out silly. Anyone who wants to remain in the MGC is utterly clueless and has been living in isoloation for far too long. This guy and Yoda would be a perfect couple! |

UNLV and T&M killed all the fun when they began their march against tailgates and Aztecaritas a few years ago … The watered down slurpees they pass off as margaritas inside T&M inside are just a joke. I wonder if the "new" P12 will stay at T-Mobile or if they'll move over to T&M if UNLV gets in the club - not many options near the cities they have signed up so far. Las Vegas in March is a nice trip. We always spend at least two weeks. One for the tournaments, the other for fun. |

Likely, his professed "love" for residing in the MWC is in direct proportion to his jealousy of UNLV's exclusion from the Pac-12.

What’s he going to say when UNLV gets added at a later date? What would he do if USU takes a spot over them. If this is metric driven, USU may be next in line as they have shown much better tv numbers in the SLC market than Vegas in the LV market. It’s actually not close between USU and UNLV. I am ready to laugh and laugh. |
