On the press conference after the game, Coach Lewis said he will do up-downs (burpees) with Cooper and is taking accountability for these types of penalties. That is good to hear. I hope all coaches do up-downs for all the penalties.

I don't know if that will make us play any better but at least it should get our staff in excellent physical shape. LOL My argument is that if our players keep making stupid penalties, then the coaches will also pay the price along with them doing physical activity but will also get pissed off at the players enough to start yelling or "highly encouraging" them to focus more. Start benching players, that usually works to getting players to not make dumb penalties. They have got to get these penalties under control. Flipping off the other side? C'mon man! |
