I'm getting Dlugolecki vibes when we took on Ohio State back in the day.
At the same time, we're going conservative on offense while Johnson gets his baptism by fire. Run the damn ball.

Looks like Duffy is'nt QB2. I wonder why? Johnson has been QB2 since camp ended, prior to game 1. It's not a surprise. |

Am I the only person that thinks Javance looks like Kawhi Leonard when he is wearing a helmet? Also seems to have somewhat of a stoic personality on the field.  |

So who will start against Central Michigan? Will Lewis go back to O'Neil (if he's healthy) or will he give J T-J another start? Is Duffy completely out of the running
now? I'm glad the team will have 2 weeks to sort things out; and maybe learn how to not jump off-sides and how to block without holding. Lewis somehow manages to speak
(quite rapidly) for a complete interview without giving out any new information - much like Hoke used to do. I'm glad these really good teams are behind us and our
upcoming opponents are much closer in talent to ourselves. What do you guys think?

Freshmen (RS and True) QB's learning a new system with new coaches and basically 2/3rds of the players that have never played together along with an O-Line that is struggling right now to figure things out. We all knew there would be some bumps along the way, lets just slow our roll a bit and give these guys a break.
I will say it's hard watching this team make stupid mistake after stupid mistake but we knew it would a bad before it got better but this is pretty bad right now on offense but at lease they have show a couple glimpses of moving the ball down the field. These 2 QB's are night and day better then anything we have seen in YEARS here on the Mesa.
I have to say, I am drinking the Kool-Aid and believe Coach Lewis and his staff will turn things around here, may take a bit but he will get it headed in the right direction sooner than later.

If you add just a few of the dropped passes by WRs…. his stat line could have been more promising … 16-29 for ~210 yards and 1 TD with 1 Int

A couple of his best completions didn't count because the offensive line hasn't figured out how to block the P option on the RPO
