Maybe Tiny Tesla should’ve visited a Supercharger before last night’s game. He was almost as impressive as a Yugo …

Maybe Tiny Tesla should’ve visited a Supercharger before last night’s game. He was almost as impressive as a Yugo … He only ran the ball 13 times for 53 yards. He was just fine, and his best runs were erased with penalties. With the change in offense, Armstead is not a fit. Lewis' system creates space and one on one match ups. Cooper set's up players in space very nicely, he knows how to get a defender to slow their feet and create an angle. I am surprised at the number of his reps.

We didn't play well and the penalties killed us, but that would've gone a little differently if he got 20+ carries. Especially if we gave it to him at the goal line instead of running our limping true freshman QB

Cooper was our best player on offense. What offense? Exactly. Oneil for a moment thought he was Tom Brady. In his head he wanted to take over the game and became Mr. Zero. Just feed number #15 and good things happen. Mr. Oneil meet Mr.Cooper. If you want to keep your starting job you need to find him.

Watching the replay on TV it looked like the play was supposed to be a pitch to Cooper but an OSU defender came through the line cleanly and was in position to intercept the pitch. O'Neil then tucked the ball and ran up the middle. Unfortunately the ball was punched out from behind.

Mr. Cooper is an absolute steal for our program. SDSU football is stuck is a semi-permanent purgatory. Winning with defense will never get us to P5 status. This is freakin' San Diego we are talking about. We need an upbeat/exciting offense with an aerial attack that puts butts in the seats. This isn't going to happen overnight, or in 2 games. Coach Lew has already brought in players, that without him as Coach, never would have considered SDSU. Have a little faith!

It also looked to me that Coop was stomping his feet in frustration towards the sideline/coaches after the 1st down play (incomplete pass that had no chance), as if to say give me the damn ball!
