He did move up 32 spots to #97 in Fed Ex points but only the Top 70 get into the playoffs now. It used to be the Top 125 but no more. The PGA is trying to throw more $ at the best golfers so they don't leave for LIV.
He had a good money year though, finishing strong this last month to #99 on the money list with $1,203,514. He won more than half of that, $686,825, in these last two tournaments.

So does he have auto Tour Card renewal for next season? It used to be Top 100 on money list was auto renewal.

It's the Top 125 and then after that it depends on how many openings there are in Tournaments and how many of the 125 qualified guys want in it. There's also personal invitations from Tournaments or their sponsors. I think/hope he keeps up his hot streak and solidifies his position.

He'll earn another ~ $5mm for the PGA Tour Player Impact Program... and will 'most likely' earn another $5-$15mm+ for the Tour Championship.

JJ closes with a 64 at ZOZO in Japan for a tie for 6th and $266,050. Xander finishes 41st for $29,410
