I just did it. First make sure you have the White SDSU App loaded (Not the old Black one) Click on SDSU Icon in the App screen (The White one) Click on lower right 3 bars “More “ option Select “Ticket Central” option Scroll to bottom Select “Account Login” Scroll down to the “Manage Tickets” white box and select Log in using Ticketmaster login ID and Password The next screen should show all of your tickets and Parking passes. From here I usually load them into my Wallet. I have iPhone. Buena suerte I guess they finally got it fixed. A little late for yesterday, but I'm glad they texted me the link to my tickets for Fan Fest. Thanks for the update.

On Android the App has a black background, not white. It sucks just as bad though.

On Android the App has a black background, not white. It sucks just as bad though. I've been using the Android app with the black icon with very few issues earlier. I just tried the android app with the white icon and could reach my football tickets.

I'm unable to log in to the SDSU Aztecs app to down load tickets to my phone. I'm on an Android phone and using the SDSU app with the black icon. No problem like this previously. I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no change. I've tried installing the app on my wife's phone, but the app requires Android 10 or above and her phone is only on Android 9 (will not upgrade any further). Anyone else having this problem or is it just me? If someone has had the same problem and solved it I'd appreciate knowing the secret.

I was describing my wife's phone (she's a boomer). My phone is newer. We have cell phones but they're not the center of our lives so we don't need the absolutely newest ones.

Got an email today regarding the "new" SDSU app. I installed it in my phone, logged into my account, and voila! My tickets are there.

Never bothered with the app. Just keep the website link on my home screen. Takes me right to sign in. No app nonsense. And there is a "new" app - just got an email about it earlier today.
As mentioned it's on a white background - not the older black background.
Probably matters which one is used. Which is why I just avoid the whole mess. Both methods work.

So I had to uninstall the black app and reinstall white app. So this is a new upgrade.

That seems to be a petty reason to not continue buying season tickets. I guess most people use their cell phones, so those of us who don't want to do that must pay extra. Frankly, the extra amount is well worth it. For one thing, what if you want someone else to use your seats for a game?

You can transfer your tickets online to other people Yes, you are correct. Still, if one lives close to the person you want to use your seats, it's nice to hand over the tickets. Call me a traditionalist.

SOOOOoooo much easier, especially if you're handling off to a Boomer (or in AzTex's case Boomer+ ) It was certainly easier for me to hand my son all his tickets for the season. That way I didn't have to remember to send him his tickets before each game. And that can be a problem for us Boomer+ folks.

Actually, he'd rather not have them all on his phone early in case the phone breaks, gets loss or other issues. I agree. I don't even load the tickets on my wallet app until a few days before the games.

Apparently that was the actual cause of my original problem. At one time the Aztec app had the white icon. Then we were told to switch to a new app with a black icon. The black icon app quit working for me, but now the new white icon version works perfectly ... so far.

The app is useless. It is better to go through Goaztecs.com on a web browser. And frankly, most universities do not use personal apps for tickets. Aztec Marketing, always and ever present, continually clueless.

I put a call into the Aztec ticket office about the problem and got a return call after about 5 minutes with the answer. The app system is down and not working at the time. It's been down for most of the week. They expect the problem to be fixed by tomorrow. The ticket office sent me a text with links to my tickets for tomorrow. Problem solved and fortunately the problem wasn't with me. That's why AzDick pays the premium for paper season tix, he got sick of that app BS. And the last thing you want to be doing at The Snapper entry after guzzling Aztecaritas is messing around with a $#!+ app! ...with no canopies...
