As Joe's cognitive decline was obvious to all for years, the best strategy for Biden was to refuse all debates and go into the basement for the remainder of the campaign season. So, to find out who might be the one to replace Joe, you should ask for the plan from the Puppet Master who proposed the date for the first debate. They started this ball rolling as early as possible and for a reason.

He's more physically fit, but when he goes off script he sounds like a rambling old man who's in the early stages of Alzheimers. He says an awful lot of stuff that is just barely this side of word salad. Biden sounds more coherent than Trump when Trump goes off script and ad libs. |
