I realize this is a tough day for you but this is like the 3rd or 4th time you've quoted me just to troll and try to argue. Relax and take some deep breaths. Go outside and get some fresh air You're clearly not trying to engage in a good faith discussion Nobody is trolling you. I asked you a question. What you said was more trolling than anything I've said. A question while dishing out insults To answer your question: Elon is probably the smartest person on the planet who was previously a darling of the liberals RFK Jr is a previous (and probably current) democrat who has done tons of environmental work cleaning up the Hudson. He's super aware of all the dangerous pesticides and harmful chemicals in our foods that are making us more and more unhealthy, while big pharmaceutical companies are profiting from us being unhealthy. He wants to do something about it, which is extremely refreshing. Many of these chemicals are banned in Europe and other places, but we allow them and it's making us chronically ill JD Vance - I didn't know a lot about him until a few weeks ago when he was on the All In podcast (45 min) and then again was on the Rogan podcast (3 hours). When you hear someone converse with someone for that long I think you can really get a good feel for who they are. I really like JD Vance a lot, how he pointed out the huge wasteful spending in our military budget due to a terrible procurement process. He thinks we can cut that budget while not weakening the military, and I agree. Plus many other things. He just seems like a smart, humble guy with good sense If you haven't heard/watched that All In podcast I really recommend it. It's not a right wing podcast at all - there are 4 of them and Saks is right wing, but everyone else is either liberal or independent www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMxcM3ZcVmM

Elon bought a social media company and turned it into a right-wing hate site. He bankrolled Trump, so I guess he's an opportunist. I wouldn't call him the smartest person on the planet, though. He ran X into the ground. While I applaud RFK's environmental work, the reality is he's an anti-vax conspiracy theorist that blames school violence on antidepressants and autism on vaccines. He was a Republican plant (who later angled for a job in the Trump administration) and he's definitely not someone I want in charge of funding public health. JD Vance is a fraud who was bought by billionaires and bankrolled by Peter Thiel. He's the least popular vice president in modern history, has accomplished virtually nothing in the Senate and is nothing more than a convenience artist, changing personal opinion on his running mate because, he, likewise saw a moment of opportunity. He's a misogynist, so he'll fit in nicely next to Trump. His comments on women are disgusting and have no place in 2024 society.

I don't know if it was a 'head-scratcher' - it wasn't her biggest issue. Her entire campaign felt vanilla though, I'll say that. It was like, if you liked Biden vote for me. Vote for me so a fascist doesn't win. But no, I don't want to talk about Gaza. It was the most vanilla uninspired campaign possible, that didn't appeal to progressives or young voters, and really appealed primarily to moderate older Democrats. It felt like she just expected to win the youth, progressive, minority votes without actually campaigning for them. It was a head-scratcher for me. She already had Minnesota, but she may have won Pennsylvania and the election with Shaprio. Her biggest problem was herself she just didn’t relate. That’s not on gender that’s just as you said, "uninspiring." And I'll weak. Not arguing the Shapiro and didn’t relate points, but make no mistake: misogyny is alive and well in this country. HRC and Harris win 2016/2024 if they are men.

Things like school violence matter to me a whole lot more than Elon's intelligence or what he's contributed to society. Core issues of importance will vary from person to person, that's understandable.

You'll figure it out. Now your earlier comment about the Trump administration makes more sense. Just out of curiosity, who are the people that are "good" in the second iteration of the Trump admin? I realize this is a tough day for you but this is like the 3rd or 4th time you've quoted me just to troll and try to argue. Relax and take some deep breaths. Go outside and get some fresh air
You're clearly not trying to engage in a good faith discussion Good advice. We surely wouldn't want someone to suffer any health consequences because of being consistently so very wrong.

I don't expect you to understand that, based on your earlier post, but your degradation now isn't needed.

omg I can't believe people actually think this Couldn't possibly be because they're awful candidates And Trump is, what, exactly? He's bad also.. I'm not going to defend Trump. But he's light years ahead of Harris Hillary would've been solid if she didn't have so much dirt on her. That was at least a really close race for a reason If Harris or Hillary were actually good candidates you could make the male/female argument (although I hate that victim mentality to begin with). But you can't make that argument when everyone sucks and we're just picking the best bad candidate

A question while dishing out insults To answer your question: Elon is probably the smartest person on the planet who was previously a darling of the liberals RFK Jr is a previous (and probably current) democrat who has done tons of environmental work cleaning up the Hudson. It's not a right wing podcast at all - there are 4 of them and Saks is right wing, but everyone else is either liberal or independent www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMxcM3ZcVmMYep, RFK was a pretty good presidential candidate. He is anti forced vaccination, in favor of freedom of choice, what a concept. He does see correlation between antidepressants and school shootings, it's definitely worth looking into further. He does see issues with a number of vaccines, including the COVID-19 vaccine which killed hundreds of thousands of people (See VAERS database for evidence if this). While the autism link is suspect, the COVID VAERS data is much more evidentiary in displaying the (large) amount of harm that the vaccine has inflicted, especially on young adults who were not at significant risk from COVID mortality. -------- RFK talks about the importance of clean water. RFK talks about the importance of soil health. RFK talks about the importance of getting pesticides out of our drinking water supply, and out of our food. RFK talks about the importance of getting corn oil and all of these super-processed chemicals out of our food that are horrible for our health. RFK talks about how much better McDonalds used to be for our health before the company used seed oils in its french fries (which btw, McD's fries in the US are much more unhealthy then they are in other countries - 20 ingredients vs. 3 in the UK). These are all really critical changes that need to be made in the American health/food complex. There is a very clear connection between food and health outcomes. Food corporations in the US have been poisoning consumers for Decades. They have been doing it to make food more addictive, less healthy, to make more money. Pharmaceutical companies have been shielded (by Congressional law) from lawsuits from vaccines for decades. They are incentivized financially to make vaccines, Not to save lives. Pharmaceutical companies are incentivized to sell drugs, not to have robust federal trials of drugs. It's better financially for pharmaceutical companies and food corporations to make business decisions that make people sicker. It bothers me that you cannot see past your own biases to see the value in depowering those organizations to make them more accountable to the American public.
