He gave love to San Diego State in the postgame interview. The Aztec blood runs deep. He gave a little shout out to AZ as well. And he played has Azz off. Had a great game!

The SDSU reference by Keshad was pretty cool

Keshad looked great yesterday. Elite build/athleticism... if he keeps a high motor on defense and rebounding and can hit an open 3 he can have a long career. Appreciated the SDSU reference before mentioning UofA.
The way I put it, SDSU made Keshad a basketball player, UofA made him a pro.

He just went to Arizona for the cash because we couldn't pay him what he wanted.

There is no doubt in my mind he was going to play for money once his career was over at SDSU. I think his year at Zona did show that he had not capped out his growth potential. Most importantly i think, was showing his MOTOR and defense(his most visible skill) was not just system based at SDSU, but something that could successfully carry over to other systems.

My cold, dead heart is starting to soften a bit toward KJ. I understood the obvious choice he had to make, but was still upset about it (sorry). Hearing him 1.) go out of his way to show love to State in the Summer League interview and 2.) seeing Shams refer to him as an SDSU alum as opposed to an Arizona alum (which presumably was requested by KJ and his agent) has given me the warm and fuzzies toward KJ and gotten me several steps closer to healing. Looking forward to rooting for him in the league or G League next year right along with Kawhi and Jalen (hopefully Malachi and Nate too).

Keshad played 4 years for SDSU. There was no reason to be pissed at him in the first place.

He played inside whereas his replacement(Saunders) stayed outside. We saw how that comparison worked out. I agree, he definitely would have helped us. I think all of us wished he stayed on one more year, but I can't blame him for grabbing the 'for sure' payout while he could. If Arizona would have offered me $400k to finish out my degree at their school, I'd have jumped at it, no matter how much I love SDSU. For some reason, that offer never came though. Their loss.

Anybody watching LeDee and the T'Wolves on ESPN2 right now? I forgot about it until a few minutes ago, though I AM supposed to be working. Just 3 minutes left, so haven't seen him much. How has he looked?

How has he looked? LeDee's stat line 13:25 min, 0-2 FG, 0-0 FT, 2 Reb, 1 Blk, 4 PF, 0 TOs & 0 Pts. Not a great effort. Wolfs won 81-74 on 36% shooting. Lots of one v one, and jacking up missed shots.

Not a great stat line BUT...... he played just 13 minutes. Know what his +- was? When he was on the floor, Minnesota was +18! That was the highest on the team. And I know there are other factors that keep that from being a pure statistic but that still reflects well on him.

Well he did have 4 personal fouls in 13 minutes. Perhaps he was trying a little too hard? Once he settles down I know he can be a beast!

I don’t think anyone is looking at 0 points and 4 fouls in 13 min and using +/- to justify that as anything other than bad.

Ledee might be in for a tough summer league. TWolves offense was completely focused on the perimeter and fast break. I only saw them throw the ball down low maybe twice. Very guard and wing dominant, none of the bigs did much.
He did scrap quite a bit to extend possessions and get rebounds but not sure if that’s enough.

What looks worse, 8 pts in 27 minutes on 3-14 FGs including 0-8 from 3 or LeDees night? The first guy was Bronny Boy.
