Has anyone changed their seats for basketball?
I see we have the opportunity to relocate seats and was curious if anyone had any luck getting better seats?

Site not working. Anyone else have the same problem?
I followed the instructions in their email and logged in using the provided link. Could see my BB season tickets with no balance remaining. Unfortunately I Could not find the link within their site for relocation. Clicked on every path that I could find. Could not find the link for relocation.
I called ticket office and got a call back within 10 minutes from an agent. I was told that there was a glitch for some people in getting to relocation and I was helped on the phone (no luck). Just got home after 5+ hours. I was curious if site worked now. Problem is still there.
As a reply to "Hopeless Aztec". In three instances I have been able to move. I improved every time, slowly but surely. Always worth a try.

I had a standing order. 'If you can move me up and on the aisle, I'll do it'. The next year, I received my invoice, paid it and when my tickets arrived, I had been moved UP...as in further away. My previous (lower section tickets) had already been sold.....I was pissed. My bad for being illiterate and not reviewing my invoice.

I never was able to get to the seating chart to see what might be available. Not a big problem since there are only a few seats I'd want to move to right now. I'd like to move down towards the court, but I don't want to have to climb any more stairs than I do now. Moving down even one row would cost me $600 per seat. So I'd have to move down a bunch to make it worthwhile. I'd like to move closer to the aisle, but there aren't many seats that direction anyway.

I have checked 2 times every day. There are only 2 sets of tickets closer to the court than mine, but one of those is not an upgrade because it is end court. There is 3 seats 2 rows in front of my seats but I currently only have and want 2 tickets. It will let me select those 2 seats but at check out it states I cannot leave one seat. It is understandable as 1 seat is a tough sell. I think it should state something when I select the tickets and not wait until checkout. Anyone wanting 3 seats there is some row 10 near the student section.
I will continue to look occasionally until the seat relocation expires, but I think it is unlikely I find better seats.
All this complaining about how NIL is ruining college sports (including my own complaining) but no decent seats available. I would upgrade if I could, but I will not be surprised if some point in the not too distant future I get frustrated at the current college game and give up my long time basketball tickets (I gave up my football when they moved to snap dragon because my son enjoyed games but wife not so much and son went off to UCSB).

I'm not on Apple so I don't have Safari. But, I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge (can't even log in on Edge). No problems getting to my Account Manager. Just nowhere to select seats.

Viejas shows up with some things to close for best view so close them (2 things) 5) select a section to see seats available 6) select new seats making sure after your selection there is not a single seat available 7) hit cart 8) hit continue (this is as far as I have got because the seats I want would have one seat left which is not allowed)

At the very beginning of the ‘19/‘20 Malachi season, I checked ticket availability and saw that I could get a pair of season tickets in Section P, row 10(ish). No waiting list, no priority needed. And those weren’t the only good seats available. Of course, things changed quickly when the team kept winning; every season seat was gone after a week or two. The only reason I didn’t snag those season seats is because, for me, it’s a 4 hour drive to Viejas (the return trip, usually after 9:00 p.m., takes 2 hrs 10 min.).

Actually I'm not using those newfangled 3.5 inch floppies, which aren't floppy anyway. I use the good old 5.25 floppies. I just upgraded from the 8 inch ones.

I can still remember "upgrading" 1MB memory sticks to 4mg (in pairs) and while also replacing 100mb hard drives to 500mb for our "Power Users" I DO NOT MISS those days working in the IT industry (Y2K?) *Have they ever recovered from the Chip Factory fire in Korea (just asking for a friend)
