I know Forbes has us around 16th in the US when it comes to cost combined with value - the latter for earnings 10 years after graduation. Money sees the same thing, giving us a 4.5 out of 5 stars in their rating. Plus, 58% of incoming freshmen graduate in 4 years and 80% after 6 years. I am as proud of seeing my university excel in academics as it is doing in sports. www.sdsu.edu/news/2024/06/sdsu-makes-list-of-moneys-best-colleges-in-america

Nice find ! I agree. San Diego State University does it right in so many ways. Our Sports, Academics and overall culture are top notch . I am much more proud to be an Aztec than most SEC schools with $$$$$ paid players, purchased Titles and oftentimes questionable academics.

In terms of ROI for the average graduate, I'd have to imagine SDSU and Cal Poly SLO are two the best in the country.

Once we gain R1 status that will erase any reputation of us being a diploma mill.
