His logic on playing time seems pretty sound to me. It does and the confidence to embrace competition at power schools also has another side that J Mitch showed. Have confidence that no matter where you go, you'll be seen. |

This is the kind of player I can really root for. I agree AzTex; I wish the media (along with posters on this board) would give more press to "the guy who has made it clear that he really wants to be an Aztec". No one - not even the player - can tell what may happen down the road when huge amounts of NIL are waved in his face; but for right now, for today at least - this guy WANTS to be an Aztec and that is very refreshing to read about. If people choose to go somewhere else; then good for them but in my heart I just always say: Next. Maybe there are only a few of us but those few want the publicity to go towards our guys. |

This kid is gonna be a stud. Has all the size to play DB in the NFL, and he's coming to the Mesa, which is known for developing DB's. Hopefully he stays if he has a big first or 2nd year.

Another local player Tariq Thompson started all 4 years and was quite the player Trey Lomax & Rico Curtis too They actually moved another 4 year starter in Julian McChristian from SS to OLB in order for Curtis to start. |
